The Table After is a film by Paforis directed by Max Siedentopf. Cordero Atelier was responsible for the set design, creating a celebratory landscape situated between celebration, ritual, and surrealism.

We are interested in everyday gestures and in the ability of celebration to transform objects.
The table ceases to be merely a place of gathering and becomes a stage where food, flowers, tableware, bodies, and architecture take part in the same choreography. Accumulation, playfulness, and a certain sense of strangeness create an atmosphere that is joyful and subtly surreal.
We are not interested in representing the banquet itself, but rather the rhythm that remains within it.
Every gesture becomes a sound, every sound becomes a layer, and every layer contributes to a collective rhythm.
