Iria and Jose imagined their wedding as a 1920s party brought into the present, based on contrasts: baroque and contemporary, ornament and minimalism, classical and electronic music. “We wanted our wedding to be an event that reflected our identity in the most exciting way possible.”
Cordero Atelier was responsible for the creative direction of the entire event, the organization and installation of the staging, and the floral intervention.
The venue, splendid and lavish, offered an incomparable setting for a proposal that was powerful yet minimalist, one that highlighted what already existed. Instead of adding more noise and information to an already ornate space, we carried out an exercise in abstraction with a very simple gesture: a line and a series of spheres of light, nothing more.
