Inspired by the history of Galiana Palace, Cordero Atelier transformed the celebration into a living narrative inhabited by characters, scenography, and performances that accompany guests from the moment they arrive.
Scope: Creative direction, experience design, spatial design, botanical scenography, floral design, sound design, talent curation, location scouting, costume design, audience experience, and stage management.
The palace is never empty.
A watchman opens the gates. Archers scatter flowers among the cypress trees. A baker crosses the gardens carrying impossibly long loaves of bread. A swan dances across the pond. Every character belongs to the same universe, yet none can ever be fully understood.
The scenes appear and disappear throughout the journey. They change location, evolve, and reappear during the cocktail and dinner. Guests do not simply witness a performance; they become immersed in it.
Drawing inspiration from theatre, performance, and surrealism, the proposal unfolds as a living fiction in which the journey itself becomes the true stage.
incógnita
The floral installation originated from a single image: a chandelier slowly melting with the passage of time.
The flowers abandon their conventional form to adopt a new architectural language, suspended between movement and gravity. The composition appears to dissolve across the table, creating an organic silhouette that transforms the floral arrangement into a sculptural piece.
An interpretation that introduced a new visual language within contemporary floral scenography.
